Basic Pasta Dough

Resting Time : 30 Min

Ingredients

  • 1 and 3/4 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoon of Cold Water
  • pinch of salt

Directions

1. Combine AP flour, salt in a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre
2. In a small bowl add eggs and with a fork beat gently
3. Add eggs to the well we made in the flour Mixture. Add water and combine everything together




4. When the mixture comes together, use your hands and knead for 5 min until smooth. Make a ball

5. Wrap the ball with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 min before you make pasta



Note : I was making herb pasta crescents. Hence I added 3 tablespoon of mixed herbs to the egg before mixing the dough.
